All sales through this website will be direct with the above company in the UK.

Tickets available for on-line purchase are as follows:

Child single ticket, adult single ticket, animal encounters, gift vouchers, adoptions, Parties deposits wedding and christening deposits and payments

Tickets purchased on-line include all activities, apart from; animal encounters or and extra event activities we advertise as extra You can purchase tokens which cost £1 per token at reception or any of our food outlets outside. Tokens are non-refundable.

The price does include all other activities such as; play activities, Jumping Pillows, Animal Handling Sessions, Soft Play Areas and so much more! The price does not include food, drinks, ice-creams, snacks, shop goods etc. Once payment has been made, tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded.

1. NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES WILL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. 

2. Disabled visitors pay the full entry rates but are eligible to bring with them one carer who will be granted discount entry. A valid staff Card, id card from your care provider will need to be submitted Evidence must be valid and in-date. Such evidence must be shown to our staff on entry. If evidence is not brought or not in date, the full charge for entry will be required.

3. All purchasers must have a personal email address for use with this system, which will be added to our database and emailing database if you opt into receive promotional emails from willow tree family farm, but never passed to any other company.  You must inform us if you wish to unsubscribe.

4. Upon payment through the secure system, a booking reference with a unique number will be automatically sent to your personal email address.  This can be printed out or displayed on a smart phone at willow tree farms Reception for admission.

5. Possession of the booking reference will be regarded as proof of purchase and will entitle you to the relevant number and type of tickets purchased.

6. Tickets not used by expiry date shown will not be replaced under any circumstances.  This includes special offer tickets which are valid for only the date specified on the ticket.  Special Offer tickets are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed on any other day.

7. Tickets can only be used once.  Once validated at our reception and entrance and access gained to the park, the ticket will be void.  All and any tickets/vouchers will be retained by our reception staff. No reimbursement will be given on the cost of tickets for customers that take out willow tree farms Annual Membership on the day of their visit. Membership must be taken prior to buying tickets that day to qualify for membership admission.

8. Only children under 2 years are admitted free of charge.  Additional tickets will be available to purchase at admissions if required at normal entrance prices.

9. Persons under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult, always aged 18 or over and children must be supervised at all times around willow tree family farm.

10. Some animal encounters have age restrictions for safety and/or insurance reasons.

11. All normal terms and conditions of entry to willow tree family farm apply.

12. Guests are reminded that for technical, operational, weather, or other reasons, any attraction, ride or facility may be altered, changed, closed, removed or be otherwise unavailable without prior notice.  We reserve the rights to change programmes of barrel rides (new) and attractions as necessary.

13. Some activities are at set times throughout the day – visit our what’s on today page on our website for times.

14. All prices are subject to change.

15. The management reserves the right to refuse admission for whatever reason.

16. No dogs or pets permitted except for fully registered assistance dogs in a harness (proof of registration may be requested). Some areas may be restricted to your assistance dog due to the animal welfare regarding our reindeer and sheep

17. Discount vouchers, coupons and other offers are not valid in conjunction with any advance rates. We DO NOT accept voucher codes from any external websites.

18. Organisers/carers are relied upon to consider the suitability of the venue and to provide adequate supervision for their clients/persons in their care.

19. All persons entering willow tree family farm must have a valid entrance ticket.

20. Credit card transactions are made on a separate secure server with full encryption of all credit card data.  Your credit card details, and personal information will not be shared with any other company or organisation.

Willow tree farm festive Terms and Conditions

Christmas Event Terms & Conditions

• To redeem your tickets on the day, please provide your booking reference number upon arrival. You are not required to print this. You can bring this on your phone.

• Tickets purchased are only valid for the date and timed session for which they were booked. If you miss your timed session for the Christmas experience, we are unable to rearrange this.

• The Christmas experience visit at willow tree farm is a shared group experience. The timed session with Father Christmas is exclusive to your family group, children will meet with Father Christmas individually or with their family group.

• Please arrive at the farm at least 30 minutes before your booked Christmas time to allow for parking and ticket collection etc. Your booked Christmas visit time is not changeable and once you have checked in at the entrance you must ensure you arrive at the departure point 10 minutes before your session time.

• The visit to Father Christmas is suitable for children of all ages. Babies wishing to meet Father Christmas, receive a gift and have a professional photo taken MUST have a booked ticket. Babies in arms, not wishing to meet Father Christmas or receive a gift can accompany parents into the grotto without a ticket. Under the age of 1 only any child over 1 or we deem to be over 1 will need a ticket

• The number of accompanying adults per paying child will be strictly limited to 2. We regret this means additional adults or family members in your group will not be able to join the Christmas experience, however we hope you can enjoy a festive farm visit together.

• A photo of each family group with Father Christmas will be captured by the elves. And printed free of charge for you any extra photos you can buy on the day only. You may also take your own photos.

• Tickets purchased are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to cancel the Christmas experience without any notice. In the event of this, tickets would be refunded in full.

To attend the Christmas event, each party member* needs to purchase the correct ticket. Purchasing a willow tree Farm general admission ticket DOES NOT give access to Santa’s grotto experience or Christmas experience.

Any children or adults visiting the grotto and show must have a ticket, except for a child under the age of 1, that does not wish to receive a gift from Santa’s grotto.

Willow tree family farm Christmas experience tickets are sold as an event package to include Santa’s grotto, the Christmas experience and FREE entry to willow tree Farm Park on the day of your event tickets only.  tickets cannot be purchased in separate entities or used on separate dates. Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be moved to a different date or time.

‘Tickets available for on-line purchase are as follows:

• An “Adult ticket” – aged 16 and over.
• A “Child ticket” – aged 2 – 15 years.
• An “Under 2’s ticket” – under the age of 2 that would like a gift from Santa’s toy store.
 

*If you would like a gift for any member of your party that is under the age of 1, an “under 1’s” ticket needs to be purchased with your booking. Those under 1 years of age will not be given a Santa’s grotto gift without a ticket. An under 1’s ticket for the experience allows for the child, go in as an observer only and does not include any adult entry slots. You do not need to add the under 1 to your booking if they do not require a gift from Santa’s grotto, they will still be granted entry to the experience as an observer only

All prices are subject to change.

It is your responsibility to ensure you arrive at the correct time for Santa’s Grotto and The Christmas experience and allow yourself enough time to get to each activity. It is the ticketholders responsibility to arrive for your event session and you will not be offered an alternative session time or refund for late arrivals.

You should allow at least 30 minutes for the Santa’s grotto experience and 1.5 hour for the Christmas experience, including at least 5-10 minutes to get from one to the other after the event finishes. Late arrivals will not be accepted into Santa’s grotto or the Christmas experience. 

Waiting area doors will open 15 minutes before the Christmas experience starts and closed once the show begins. You must arrive before the show start time. Pushchairs are permitted in the experience and Santa’s grotto

The purchase of a willow tree Farm Park general admission ticket for the dates of the event does not give access to Santa’s grotto or to the Christmas experience. 

In the event of booking tickets across different time slots for your party, this cannot be changed to allow the party to partake in the event activities together. If there are not enough tickets for your whole party for the time you would like, please select another time that the entire party can fit.

There are no discounts given on ticket prices.

Your event ticket grants you access to willow tree Farm Park on that day only, between the hours of 9.30am – 6pm.

. Annual Passes – Terms & Conditions of use

(i) By taking out a Willow tree Farm Park Annual Pass you accept these terms and conditions of use. Your Annual Pass entitles you to visit free any day we are open to the public. Additional charges may apply for special Events at Willow tree Farm Park, always for those out of usual opening hours and also for willow tree farms Christmas Experience, extra charges and surcharges may apply, for example elements of special Events.
(ii) An Annual Pass is only valid when used AND PRESENTED by the named Annual Pass holder as recorded on our Annual Pass system. Misuse will result in the Annual Passes being withdrawn.
(iii) Each Annual Pass holder will be issued his or her own Annual Pass in their own name.
(iv) Annual Passes are non-transferable and cannot be sold or given away to a third party.
(v) The authorised Annual Pass holder must show their Annual Pass at Reception each time they visit Willow tree Farm Park.
(vi) Failure to present a valid Annual Pass will result in a charge of the ‘on the day’ entry fees.
(vii) Visitors under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
(viii) Events are subject to change without notice and no refunds are given should Willow tree Farm Park close due to circumstances beyond its control.
(ix) We reserve the right to close Willow tree Farm Park to the public / Annual Pass holders for private events on an occasional basis. Notice will be given, onsite and via our website and social media channels.
(x) All Annual Passes remain the property of Willow tree Farm Park and can be withdrawn in the event of fraud and misuse. This includes, but is not limited to, allowing a third party to attempt to gain access to Willow tree Farm Park with an Annual Pass of which they are not the valid holder.
(xi) Annual Passes cannot be used in conjunction with any promotional offer or voucher.
(xii) Lost Annual Passes should be reported to Willow tree Farm Park immediately. In the event of a lost Annual Pass, Willow tree Farm Park will re-issue a replacement card and charge an administration fee of £8.00 per card
(xiii) When applying for a Child’s Annual Pass, an adult’s name, address, mobile number and email address MUST be supplied for all correspondence.
(xiv) All correspondence will only be sent to the lead adult name and address given on the application.
(xv) A Family Annual Pass is valid for up to 5 named persons; the names will remain the same for the duration of the Direct Debit and cannot be changed. A minimum of one adult and one child must be included.
(xvi) A photograph of each Annual Pass holder will be taken when you register for an Annual Pass and a copy held on our system for authorisation on entry. Please note the photo will only be used for the purpose of verification. From the date the anniversary of the Direct Debit this photo will be renewed annually.
(xvii) willow tree Farm Park reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of Annual Passes.

 

Summertime Passes – Terms & Conditions of use

Each Willow tree Farm Park Summertime Pass allows the named individual to access Willow tree Farm Park for an unlimited number of times within the period the Summertime Pass is valid (21 Jul to 4 Sept 2023).

1. The Summertime Pass is only valid for day entry between 10am and 4.30pm.

2. This Pass is only valid from 21 July to 4 September 2023.

3. The Summertime Pass can only be purchased outright and we do not offer upgrades from previous visits beforehand or indeed any other visits. Any ordinary day tickets cannot be upgraded to a Summertime Pass(es).

4. This Pass is non-transferable and will be linked to a photo taken of the individual Summertime Pass holder, upon redemption on the first visit.

5. Child Summertime Pass holders must be accompanied by a paying Adult or a Summertime Pass holding Adult.

6. PLEASE NOTE: This Pass is not an Annual Pass and does not entitle the user to any benefits associated with an Annual Pass, however you may use this Pass to upgrade to an Annual Pass up to 4 September 2023. The Summertime Pass price will be discounted off the Annual Pass price when paid and the Annual Pass price will then run from the Summertime Pass start date.

7. There are no refunds, we cannot offer any refund in the vent of the Summertime Pass not being redeemed.

8. The Summertime Pass does not provide free admission or any discount to Special or Evening events.
